These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the BodyHackAI Inc. ("BodyHackAI", "we", "us", or "our") website, services, quizzes, and products (collectively, the "Services"). By using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Health Disclaimer

BodyHackAI does not provide medical advice. The supplement recommendations and related content we provide are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition. Always consult a licensed medical provider before beginning any supplement or wellness regimen.

2. The Test & AI Supplement Matching

Our Services include an online quiz experience that generates supplement recommendations based on your responses. While this system is marketed as AI-powered, it is based on a pre-defined decision tree logic. Your results are generated algorithmically and not through real artificial intelligence or medical evaluation.

3. Orders, Payment & Subscriptions

• Orders are billed in your selected currency.
• We accept payments through third-party processors like Stripe or Shopify Payments.
• Some purchases may be set up as subscriptions, which will auto-renew unless canceled in advance.
• You are responsible for managing or canceling subscriptions prior to renewal.

4. Shipping & Returns

We aim to ship products in a timely manner. Delays caused by carriers or external factors are not our responsibility. Unopened items may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Contact [email protected] for return instructions.

5. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, quizzes, branding, and platform code are the exclusive property of BodyHackAI Inc. You may not copy, redistribute, or reverse engineer any part of the Services.

7. Prohibited Use

• Engaging in illegal or harmful activities through the Services
• Scraping, modifying, or reverse engineering any logic or assets
• Impersonating others or submitting false information

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at our discretion for any breach of these Terms or harmful behavior toward other users or our platform.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BodyHackAI shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of use, data, or profits, arising from use of the Services or products.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada. All disputes shall be resolved in courts located in British Columbia.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
